Job Description
- Procurement strategy: Developing and implementing strategies to optimise costs, maintain quality, and mitigate supply chain risks
- Language : Speaking in HINDI is must as most of our suppliers are from North India
- Supplier evaluation: Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, and negotiating contracts
- Inventory management: Analysing demand patterns, forecasting future needs, and managing inventory levels
- Purchasing process: Managing the purchasing process from drafting purchase orders to confirming receipt of goods
- Supplier relations: Building and maintaining relationships with existing suppliers, and scouting for new ones
- Transportation: Overseeing transportation details, and monitoring delivery times
- Reporting: Tracking and reporting operating metrics to identify areas that need improvement
- Documentation: Preparing proposals and detailed documentation of purchases and inventories
