Roles and Responsibilities
* Good exposure to Building materials industry ( Paints / Pipes / Tiles /
Sanitary Etc ). Candidates from Paint industry with bazar sales experience
will get preference.
* Experienced in handling large retail dealer network ( 20 / 25 dealers ) in a given territory.
* Should be familiar with Daily sales reporting system. This position reports to the Branch
Head.
* Should be able to speak English & fluent in local language.
* The candidates currently working / living in the advertised locations preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
* Graduate in / Arts / Science / commerce. Additional qualification
In management ( MBA ) desirable.
* In the age group of 28 to 36 years with 6 / 10 years experience in retail Sales / Dealer
management.

There is no likes in the company . Feeling sad for the people who work here
there are many dislikes . 1. No job security they hire and fire 2. Very doubtful towards employees management is Tamilians (sambar) 3. HR is useless he recruit sales people from different background 4. No holidays 5. At the time of settlements they will implement new rules 6. MD is a very old many he was angry all the times and tell to leave the company of the sale is not good
