Job Description

Primary
BPC:
Coordinate with India team initially and take ownership of Month End process, eventually manage the Global BPC consolidation process.
Consolidation (Excel)
Internal management reports
Provide FLUX commentary for India Balance sheet (Like Inventory, PPE (monthly),PPE Quarterly, Prepaid, Long term liabilities, Accrued Liabilities, Other Non Current Assets etc..)
Extracting report from BI on BS and PL, at Detailed and Summary level monthly.
Consolidation binder (between GAAP and Non GAAP high value invoices) explaining the exceptions. (Qtr).
Monthly Consolidation reports
To prepare and provide analytics for the following:
Excel Consolidation .
IC Matrix, FX, IC COGS/SGA/RD, CTA/OCI, Interest IC, Segment, NON GAAP
Monthly Trend analysis.
Secondary:
Adaptive/ Vendor/ RD load process
Preparing Consolidation Financial Statement maintaining it
Support Schedule Preparation: Inter company Reco, Interest Reco, CTA calculation, RDSGACOGS schdules
Profit Elimination support schedules
OAR preparation, Flux analysis/commentary (Restricted Cash, AP, Other Assets, Other Long, Term Liabilities, Related Party, BTL PL)
Footnote Preparation: PPE, Severance Roll forward (International), Other Assets, Other Long Term Liabilities
Quarterly Non GAAP Binder preparation.
