Identify and research accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP
Oversee the Cash Management module in ERP, ensuring seamless reconciliation of bank statements and books .
Manage the Fixed Assets module in ERP and maintain accurate records.
Perform period end close procedures including, but not limited to, accrued expenses, prepaids, leases, fixed assets, allocations, capitalizations, accounts receivables, intangible assets and GL accounts analysis
Perform in-depth GL account analysis, deliver flux report for operating expense and balance sheet
Ensure compliance by assisting with state registration renewals, sales/use taxes, and other tax filings.
Manage international subsidiary management account booking and coordinate with local filings.
Support monthly financial reporting, annual audits, and perform advanced financial analyses.
Collaborate directly with the Controller on high-priority ad hoc projects.
You Have:
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
6-8 years of experience in accounting for a US company
Proficient in with Microsoft Excel
Relevant experience working with large data sets
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in pressure situations
Prior experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
