Job Description
- Identify and research accounting issues in compliance with US GAAP
- Responsible for US entity Cash Management module in ERP system and perform reconciliation between bank statement and book.
- Responsible for fixed assets module in ERP.
- Perform period end close procedures including, but not limited to, accrued expenses, prepaids, leases, fixed assets, allocations, capitalizations, accounts receivables, and GL accounts analysis
- Responsible for operating expense analysis and reporting
- Assist maintaining state registration renewals, sales/use taxes, and various tax filings
- Assist managing international subsidiary s management account booking in ERP and local filings .
- Assist in monthly financial reporting, annual financial audit, related financial analysis, and
- Support the controller on ad hoc projects
You Have:
- Bachelor s Degree in Accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting for a US company
- Proficient in with Microsoft Excel
- Relevant experience working with large data sets
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in pressure situations
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
