Maintaining routine server backup, Restoration and archival.

Provide end users support for all IT related activities.

Maintaining Telephone EPABX (Electronic Private Automatic Branch Exchange) system.

Maintaining & supporting services like CCTV system.

Anti-Virus server managing.

Creating new user/groups / projects / assigning rights / deactivate user account.

Management of IT inventory as per the statutory requirements.

Working as System, Empower, LIMS and LAB Instruments Administrator.

To initiate the change control and preparation of SOPs.

User Administration for all IT and QCC related Systems, software s, and instruments.

Responsible for the administration of server, instrument, IPC, SCADA, Access control etc. as per SOP.

Trouble shooting of Empower client system and other instrument software and connectivity problems.

Server and server connected computer system validation execution with co-ordinate third party

Discussion with Cross Functional Team Member to resolve any IT related issue.

Preparation of SOP, Change Control, or IT related documents.

Responsible for Operation and User Administration of Caliber E-DMS application users for Amneal India region

Responsible for activities related to training software (AIMS-Amneal Information and Management software) specified in training SOP.

Responsible to prepare for cGMP planner of department
