Your Future Team
As we continue to evolve our EC strategy, we seek a Senior Manager/Manager with a depth of experience in Early Career and University recruiting to join our EC TA team based in India. We re seeking a dynamic people leader to lead a talented team of distributed individual contributors responsible for hiring EC roles across multiple rapidly scaling business units in India. While we have existing relationships with our business leaders, there is much to be built. You will be responsible for implementing scalable, innovative recruiting strategies aimed at attracting top talent. You should have a knack for telling a story with data, consider yourself a default collaborator, and have experience encouraging the craft of recruitment. You should also be excited about building something new and instilling a healthy and collaborative team culture.
About the Position
You will be accountable for building and optimising an Early Careers Team, creating innovative recruiting strategies for your region and business teams globally. Leveraging data and relationships, youll drive improvements to ensure a top-notch candidate experience and refine our attraction selection processes and tooling.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead a team of early career recruiting professionals coaching them to build their careers. As a strong leader, youre an effective listener and facilitator using your experience and situational awareness to help your team continue their development path
Bring a focus on data. Youre excited by the role data can play in improving recruiting outcomes, individual performance, and processes. Your experience will help you and your team craft the best approach to working with our partners and building our candidate pipelines.
Set clear goals. Youre comfortable with being assessed on the efficiency of your team and drive collective accountability for the teams success as well as the way they achieve it
Partner closely with key leaders. Youll be naturally curious, seeking to understand the what and the why and not afraid to ask if what we do today is the right way to approach tomorrow
Care. Youll share our values and exhibit them in your actions and communication with colleagues and candidates. Youll want everyone you interact with to leave with an enhanced opinion of Atlassian and the recruiting function
Oversee programmatic workforce planning, hiring processes, timelines, and metrics. Ensure we are on track to meet hiring targets while maintaining a high calibre of candidates and a consistent, diverse pipeline.
Identify and foster relationships with established and potential university and UR hiring partners. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align university relations strategy, program and organizational goals.
Develop and facilitate recruitment initiatives designed to increase candidate attraction, collaborating with Talent Brand.
Regularly communicate University Recruiting metrics, KPIs and insights with key stakeholders, including members of the Executive Leadership Team. This includes evaluating the performance and impact of university partnerships against predefined metrics and objectives.
Required Q ualifications
Have substantial experience leading Campus, University or Early Careers Talent Attraction teams, with exposure to Intern or Grad programming, ideally within a complex multi-national or matrix-based organization.
Should have strong people management experience and relevant recruiting 12- 15 years of volume hiring and Campus hiring experience.
Should have strong reporting and data analysis experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in process automation and using AI-based interview tools.
Possess excellent communication skills, high emotional intelligence and a curious mindset
Have a proven track record of data-led decision-making, strong analytical abilities, and a reporting and metrics focus
Hold a bachelors degree in human resources , Technology or a related field.
Demonstrate Executive stakeholder leadership skills and collaboration
Be committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment
Preferred Q ualifications
Experience with Workday ATS
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, highly collaborative, able to express ideas readily, manage change fluidly, able to influence and identify opportunities.
Normal Working Hours and Conditions
Core business hours are generally 10 :00 am - 7 :00 pm . However , this position will require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations across different time zones .
