Role & responsibilities

• Financial audits: Independently checking an organization's financial position
• Financial advice: Providing clients with financial advice and information, while keeping in mind financial regulatory laws
• Tax planning: Advising clients on tax planning and tax issues, such as those associated with mergers and acquisitions
• Tax returns: Filing income tax returns and preparing tax forms
• Financial reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, as well as financial statements
• Accounting records: Maintaining accounting records and preparing accounts and management information
• Business transactions: Advising clients on business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions
• Fraud detection: Detecting and preventing fraud
• Dispute settlement: Helping prepare statements of affairs in the event of a business failure or bankruptcy
• Company trustee: Serving as a company's trustee in case of bankruptcy or under a deed of arrangement
