Manager - BTL Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Seminars and Outreach:
Conduct seminars and interaction programs in schools and coaching centers to promote university programs.

Engage with students, parents, and faculty through presentations and Q&A sessions.

Student Counseling and Admissions:
Counsel prospective students to help them select suitable courses based on their goals.

Highlight university benefits to drive admissions.

Branding and Promotion:
Implement on-ground marketing strategies and distribute promotional materials (brochures, gifts, etc.).

Enhance the university's image through branding efforts.

Event Management:

Plan and execute events like fairs, seminars, and exhibitions.

Ensure smooth event coordination and positive participant experiences.

Lead Generation and Data Collection:
Generate and manage leads from events and outreach activities.

Collect and update student data in CRM systems for follow-ups.

School and Coaching Center Visits:
Build and maintain relationships with schools, coaching centers, and colleges.

Explore collaboration opportunities to boost visibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related fields (background in education or counseling preferred).
• Skills:
• Strong communication, counseling, and organizational abilities.
• Interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools.
• Travel: Willingness to travel frequently.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory pre-requisite.
