The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role involves overseeing planning and execution of content creation, editorial planning, and distribution across multiple channels, including web, blog, email, and social media. The Content Marketing Manager works closely with other teams to ensure that all content is aligned with broader marketing goals and resonates with AMINAs key target audiences. In this function, you will be responsible for the following: Content Strategy: Support content strategy, create calendars, and identify key themes and channels. Content Creation: Produce and manage high-quality content aligned with brand guidelines. SEO Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and update existing materials to boost traffic. Content Distribution: Distribute content across channels, maximizing reach and engagement. Performance Tracking: Analyze content metrics and report insights to refine strategies. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with experience in managing the editorial process and ensuring consistent content quality. Experience in optimizing content for search engines, using SEO tools and techniques, and analyzing content performance metrics. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple content projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across product, sales, and marketing to align content with broader objectives. Ability to think creatively and strategically, developing content that engages audiences and drives business outcomes.
