In scope of our growth plans, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager.
In this function, you will be responsible for the following:.
Corporate Actions Processing.
Monitoring corporate actions across a range of products such as stocks, bonds and ETFs.
Researching and resolving discrepancies in action details.
Confirming client entitlements and communicating instructions on time.
Preparing notifications to clients about upcoming events and their impact on clients' assets accounts.
Processing, booking, settlement, and controlling of all kinds of corporate actions and income collections.
Managing voluntary and mandatory corporate action events, including dividends, mergers, splits, and rights issues.
Liaising with custodians, brokers, and other external parties to confirm corporate action details and instructions.
Securities Settlements Processing.
Monitor settlement transaction to ensure timely settlement including pre-matching and cancel and rebook transactions.
Place manual settlement and / or transfer instructions, affirm broker confirmations and handle broker enquiries.
Systematically chase and resolve pending transfers/ settlements, differences and breaks (cash and security).
Administrate our securities settlement static data and standard settlement instructions (SSI) reference table.
Collaborate with interface partners as part of efficiency improvements and improve processes continuously.

Minimum 5 years of securities settlement and/or corporate actions processing experience.
In-depth knowledge of the relevant securities operations processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
Willingness to work in a small fast paced organization/team.
Ability to work in Mumbai.
Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Good Interpersonal skills to be able to communicate internally or externally.
Excellent written & oral communication skills in English.
