AMINA India acts as a virtual extension of the bank supporting activities spanning digital assets research, investment solutions, trading & liquidity management, risk management and more recently mid/back-office and IT operations.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M&A Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving critical aspects of fundraising processes, including financial modeling, investor outreach, due diligence, and project management. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Own & build comprehensive financial models for the valuation of the Group using standard valuation methods.
• Support sell-side due diligence process through cross functional collaboration.
• Support management of virtual data room.
• Assist in project management of fundraising process through tracking of deliverables, flagging key issues and regular updates & communication.
• Conduct potential investor mapping and investor outreach.
• Develop presentations and materials for the fundraising process, including pitches, management presentations, teasers, information memos, and valuation reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis and market research.
• Identify and articulate key industry trends and disruptions through market and competitor research.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and potential co-investors to facilitate fundraising completion

For you to become part of AMINA s journey, we require the following set of experience:

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, preferably with experience from investment banking or Big 4.
• Practical experience in valuation and financial modelling (DCF), with the ability to structure, build and review complex models
• Experience in financial services industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage/prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
