Job Description

Data Entry - Possess knowledge and application of various software applications to include HR System, Applicant Tracking System, preferably (Avature), Background Portals, SharePoint, etc Claim processing related to Job Performance. Unemployment benefits, Investigation on fraud receipts for benefits.

Reporting & Analytical Skills - Manage daily and weekly updates and exceptions on new hire onboarding to completion. Maintaining process related trackers, Managing workflow and coordination with different stake holders.

Level 1 employee query and grievance redressal - Manage centralized mailboxes to resolve various inquiries for resolution or redirection. May involve occasional first level information gathering on cases related to employee grievance redressal.

Open for All shifts (EST,PST and MST)

Work experience in the functional areas of Employee Relations and New Hire Onboarding and Drug Testing.

Experience working with US based companies and applicable laws governing employment practices and compliance for onboarding activities.
