Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement AI & GenAI solutions that drive productivity across all roles in the software development lifecycle.
• Document your work comprehensively to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure project continuity.
• Demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn the latest technologies and develop a vision to embed the solution to improve the operational efficiency within a product team
• Proficient in version control and code reviews, familiar with automated integration and deployment environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a talent for creative and innovative thinking.
• Exemplary teamwork and communication skills.

What we expect of you

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree and 0 to 3 years of experience in programming languages such as Python and Java OR
• Diploma and 4 to 7 years of experience in programming languages such as Python and Java
• Experience, or an interest in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, GCP etc)
• Experience, or an interest in SDLC tools (e.g. Bamboo, JIRA, GIT, Confluence)
• Experience, or an interest working with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks, LLM model registries (Hugging Face), LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Experience, or an interest in cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, GCP etc)
• Experience, or an interest in SDLC tools (e.g. Bamboo, JIRA, GIT, Confluence)
• Experience, or an interest working with RAG technologies and LLM frameworks, LLM model registries (Hugging Face), LLM APIs, embedding models, and vector databases
• Utilize expertise in integrating and leveraging Gen AI LLMs to maximize operational efficiency.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Prompt Engineering and familiarity with frameworks such as Dspy would be a big plus

Professional Certifications:

• AWS / GCP / Databricks
