Specialist - Purchasing (IN)

• Specializes in the management of non-catalog purchase orders with contracts

• Handle transactions that fall outside automated procurement systems to maintain business continuity

• Support escalations regarding requisitions and purchase orders

• Engage appropriate stakeholders including vendors for timely resolution of inquiries

• Ensure business end user satisfaction and escalate issues to the appropriate personnel as required

• Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services,

• Engage appropriate parties to resolve Requisition and PO related issues & ensure the timely closeout of open PO s

• Drive customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution of exceptions

• Responds to business end user and vendor inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations

• Tracks the status of requisitions and purchase orders, while maintaining accurate records and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with transaction management policies and standard procedures

• Facilitate alignment between Category Management and Sourcing, and the CoE to ensure strategies are incorporated into tactical buying instructions

Experience & skillset required:

• 3-5 Years of experience.

• SAP Ariba Experience (Term Sheet/PO creation Supplier Enablement, Contract Module, Term Sheets, Catalog Creation/Management)

• Icertis Experience (for term sheet creation)

• Ability to support RFP and 3 bids and a buy event

• Service Now experiences

• Deeper experience with Ariba payments (Non-PO, manual PO)

• Experience building reports in Ariba (Operational reports)

• Excellent experience in MS Excel and reporting CSV files
