Primary responsibilities -
Working under the direct supervision of the Engineering Operations Manager, Administration, or Senior Manager, SES. The Administrator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative customer support related to standards, certification, and accreditation, as well as supporting internal technical staff.
Role & responsibilities
1. Provide ongoing administrative support by driving organizational success through the management of daily operations and special projects.
2. Administrative tasks such as formatting and editing letters and reports and maintaining digital files.
3. Serve as a primary point of contact for Engineering Operations, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and timely manner, assisting customers during and after initial contact.
4. Support and assist potential customers as well as existing customers with application and certification processes.
5. As an effective listener and communicator, provide a strong customer service experience.
6. Develop positive relationships with external customers as well as internal staff.
7. Ability to maintain a matrix of in-progress and completed daily tasks and processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Three years equivalent work experience with administration, communications, and database entry software. Additionally, ideal candidates will have solid experience in the following:
