Title - Developer CIS Engineering (ABAP)

What you'll do:

As a Developer, you will be helping our customers on development support and delivering world class continuous innovations. In your day to day, you will:

• Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements for your project backlogs and ensure on-time on-budget high quality delivery of design, code, test results & documentation.
• Demonstrate ownership for your work package/backlogs/module.
• Provide high quality of support to SAP customers by gaining deep project expertise.
• Ensure the delivered solution adheres to Clean core strategy, Product standards, Security and UX guidelines.
• Manage critical customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ideation & prototyping workshops to propose new AI use cases.
• Work closely with the team (product owner, designers, architects and other developers) and customers to holistically understand business and user requirements and deliver solutions with good quality following the agile methodology.

What you bring:

• University Degree (B. E/B. Tech /M. Tech/M. E) in Computer Science or related engineering subject.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience in development of S/4HANA software solutions based on ABAP OO, RAP, Fiori/UI5 with high performance, scalability, usability, and quality.
• Very good knowledge of object-oriented programming ABAP OO, CDS and Annotations, RAP.
• Good knowledge on SAP UI5 /Fiori.
• Exposure to other programming languages like Java, JavaScript is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with scrum teams.
• Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure - BTP, Cloud Foundry, Business Application Studio.
• Exhibit learning agility by quickly upskilling on new tasks and concepts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills needed to ensure high customer satisfaction and work in cross-cultural teams and across geographies.
• Very good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.

CIS Engineering safeguards and extends SAP s core solutions maintaining a clean core approach by combining development, project execution, maintenance, and cloud operations, serving the end-to-end value chain. CIS Engineering delivers fast paced innovations by combining cutting edge innovations with best-in-class maintenance and cloud operations. This unit enables Adoption, Maintains, Operates and Continuously Innovates & Improves custom developed solutions for customers.
