Responsible for design, development, modification, debug and/or maintenance of software systems

Technology Engineer is a highly trained product expert responsible for end-to-end product deployment. Responsible for debug and maintain software systems. Responsible for one or more specific modules within a large software system scope.

• Distribute builds to non-production environments
• Handle Env upgrades of non-production environments
• Support software version releases to production and non-production
• Implement, use, improve and standardize Infra tools by ongoing monitor of use expected deployment, including update processes and procedures
• Provide environment related expertise to all stakeholders (e.g. development, testing, customer) throughout the product lifecycle
• Proficient in shell scripting, Perl scripting, Python
• Knowledgeable in Ansible, Jenkins
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills
• Ability to work independently and drive issues to closure
• Be part of the infrastructure team providing support for strategic clients
• Install and Configure third party software (Java, WL) in the supported different types of environments
• Installation, configuration, and administration of Front End/Middleware third party SW (WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache, Tuxedo) including documenting the process while doing so for the internal company reuse and efficiency and/or other team members training
• Support (including weekend support) for non-prod environments, flexible with working in shifts
• Troubleshoot environment issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Technical support for batch cycle and batch scheduler
• Support input/output files distribution mechanism
• Encourage to actively look for innovation and continuous improvement, efficiency in all assigned tasks

Critical Experiences

• Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent
• 3-4 years of knowledge in Unix/Linux and Shell scripting
• Ansible, Jenkins, GenAI
• Well versed with Oracle and SQL Plus
• Good understanding of Java/J2E/JScript to troubleshoot the application issues
• Good understanding about middleware technologies (i.e. WebLogic, WebSphere Tuxedo)
