Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent and 5 years experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms and their architecture.
- Proven experience in CI/CD pipelines (specifically with GitLab or ArgoCD, CI/CD).
- Hands on experience in build, release, deployment and monitoring of Azure.
- Experienced with Azure Services, e.g Cosmos DB, Event Hubs, Redis Cache, Storage Blo.
- Experience of container orchestration with K8S and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
- Script development and IT experience in one of the common scripting languages (Python, Groovy, Bash).
- Design, develop and integrate complex infrastructure automation and deployment systems.
- Ensure code and configuration are maintainable and scalable.
- Investigate infrastructure issues by debugging CI/CD pipeline, runtime environments and providing fixes.
- Serve as a highly specialized Technology expert, acting with high autonomy to deliver agreed technical objectives.
- Collaborate through participation in peer reviews and work with Development teams to achieve goals.

Amdocs is a good company and employee friendly company. You can work with time in many technologies, has good onsite opportunities around 2 times a year for 1 month , that was before corona. Its managers are mostly friendly. Job security is high
Amdocs products knowledge is needed which can take time. Management is still old generation and dont like many changes.
