Ambuja Cement Foundation is looking for Food and beverages facilitator to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Overseeing inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure they are adequate for daily operations.Analyzing and monitoring food and beverage costs to ensure profitability targets are met.Working with chefs to develop menus and pricing strategies that meet customer demand and maintain profitability.Developing budgets and forecasts for F&B department expenses and revenues.Preparing and presenting financial reports on F&B department performance to senior management.Negotiating with vendors and suppliers to ensure that F&B department purchases are cost-effective and meet quality standards.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies and procedures.Managing F&B department staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.Excellent customer service and communication skills.
