Accountant -Construction company -Only Male Candidate

We are seeking an Accountant to join our team. If you're a graduate with a background in commerce or accounting and are eager to learn and work, Youll be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, especially in the construction industry, and coordination with the project team & Finance and Accounting Head office team.

Role & responsibilities

• Process and maintain day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable.
• Maintain office documentation, filing systems, and databases (both physical and digital).
• Manage invoices, Invoice Validation and material receipts, and other financial documents and enter the daily financial transactions in Tally ERP.
• Maintain Petty Cash.
• Co-Ordination with Bank on related work.
• Co-Ordination with Vendor on reconciliation.
• Maintain party ledgers, and financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
• Understanding of TDS and GST Implication.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.), and timely submission of filings.
• Project Finance: Work closely with project managers to monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial adherence to project goals
• Coordinate with Main office accounting team for streamline the accounting and finance activities.
• Other duties requested by employer.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelors/Masters Degree in commerce.

2. Considerable experience in similar filed (construction industry)

3. Good command over MS-office application

4. Dedication to learning new concepts and strategies

5. Good command over English, Hindi, Kannada.
