Senior Data Analyst - SQL/Python (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- ETL Development and Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract,
transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses and marts.

- Data Modeling: Develop and optimize data models, ensuring alignment with business requirements
and data accuracy for reporting.

- Automation and Optimization: Implement automation solutions using Python and other tools
(PowerShell) to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in data processes.

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to gather data
requirements, deliver insights, and develop data solutions that meet business needs.

- System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot issues, and optimize
processes to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data processes, system integrations,
and data models to ensure clarity and continuity.

Technical Skills/Requirements

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data modeling.

- SSIS & SSAS: Experience in managing SSAS OLAP cubes and designing ETL workflows with SSIS.

- SQL & Data Warehousing: Strong SQL skills with experience in data warehousing and optimizing data models for reporting.

- Automation: Experience in automating workflows and improving data processes using Python,
PowerShell and tools like Power Automate.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience in optimizing data
processes and improving performance.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users and technical
teams.

- Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure cloud platform and big data technologies is a plus
