Front Office Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage front office operations, Greeting and extend warm welcome, handling customer/ Visitors with courtesy.
  
• Ensure accurate records the details of Customer/ Visitors maintaining confidentiality where necessary.
  
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure Front office, Club area are cleaned and tidy.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest queries and concerns and coordinate their meeting with concerned officer/ Director.
