Job Description

1. Estate Operations & Maintenance

  • Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Implement estate management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and secure.
  • Manage estate staff, including maintenance teams, security, housekeeping, and facility managers.

2. Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Develop and manage estate budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.
  • Monitor property income, expenses, and profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue, optimize costs, and enhance property value.
  • Handle financial reports and liaise with finance teams for accurate accounting.

3. Compliance & Legal Management

  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws, zoning regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage property documentation, permits, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to resolve disputes and regulatory concerns.

4. Facility & Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for buildings, utilities, and common areas.
  • Ensure proper functioning of essential services like water supply, electricity, HVAC, elevators, and security systems.
  • Implement sustainable and energy-efficient property management solutions.

5. Vendor & Service Provider Management

  • Negotiate contracts with facility management service providers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor service quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Ensure cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.

6. Security & Risk Management

  • Implement security measures to safeguard estate properties, tenants, and visitors.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure emergency preparedness plans are in place.
  • Manage safety protocols, including fire prevention, emergency response, and access control systems.

7. Stakeholder & Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners associations, corporate tenants, and local authorities.
  • Organize community engagement programs and ensure a high standard of living and working environments.
  • Address feedback and concerns from residents and business tenants promptly.

8. Landscape & Garden Management:

  • Develop and implement landscaping plans, ensuring the upkeep of gardens, lawns, trees, and ornamental plants.
  • Supervise planting, pruning, weeding, watering, and pest control activities.
  • Ensure the estate maintains high horticultural standards and seasonal aesthetics.Role & responsibilities
