We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven pre-sales analyst who will play a pivotal role in ensuring new business growth for our enterprise clientele. With a major customer base in North America and Europe and a growing presence in other regions, you will assist in the sales process and solutioning for our enterprise deals, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from Ambee s climate data solutions. You will be responsible for enterprise deal movement and new business acquisition. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our international sales team for sales support and adjacent needs.
Bid management & proposal development:
Manage the end-to-end proposal process, including RFP/RFI response preparation, solution design, cost estimation, and risk analysis.
Develop and maintain a library of proposals, presentations, and standard templates for rapid deployment.
Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, industry standards, and Ambee s unique value proposition.
2.Sales enablement:
Create and maintain sales enablement collaterals (brochures, pitch decks, etc.) for priority use cases and accounts.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, ensuring seamless handovers and maximizing sales conversions.
3.Technical pre-sales leadership:
Lead pre-sales initiatives by creating compelling value propositions and customized solutions for enterprise projects (direct, RFP, building new cases with sales).
Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution architecture sessions.
Conduct requirement analysis to develop tailored solutions that address business needs.
Guide prospects through Proof of Concept (PoC) evaluations to showcase business impact.
4.Collaboration & stakeholder engagement:
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and product management) to design and validate proposed solutions.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback and requirements are well-communicated.
5.Product knowledge & market insights:
Maintain a deep understanding of Ambee s climate data and products across key industry segments in consumer companies and pharmaceuticals.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needs to refine solution offerings.
Provide insights to the product team for feature enhancements based on customer interactions and market intelligence.
What we re looking for
3+ years of experience in pre-sales and solutioning, preferably with B2B enterprise clients in North America and Europe.
Strong analytical skills and expert-level proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel.
