Job Description
The person would be responsible to manage the back end activities of the DB model.
Responsibilities-
1. Strong proficiency in both English and Hindi communication is a prerequisite.
2. Demonstrated expertise in MS Excel with hands-on experience is required.
3. Familiarity with ERP and SAP systems is considered an additional asset.
4. Expert in managing relationships and communication with retailers and customers.
5. Actively collaborate with the Sales team to optimize customer experience metrics.
6. Flexible to support beyond regular hours and on weekends, if and when needed.
