Job Title: Head of Human Resources FinTech GCC.
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives in a high-growth FinTech environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibility:

- Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to mitigate legal risks.

- Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop the HR team to build a high-performing and cohesive unit.

- Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in human resources leadership, with a proven track record in high-growth companies and managing organizations larger than 2000 people.
