Job Description: Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

Oversee daily operations of multiple retail locations.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.

Monitor store performance metrics and ensure targets are met.

Manage inventory levels, supply chain, and stock replenishment.

2. Team Leadership and Development

Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.

Conduct performance reviews and implement staff development programs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and values.

3. Customer Experience

Ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all stores.

Resolve customer complaints and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.

Analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.

4. Financial Management

Monitor budgets, control expenses, and ensure profitability.

Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with the finance team to set financial goals and forecast revenue.

5. Sales and Marketing

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional activities.

Drive sales growth through innovative strategies and campaigns.

Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.

6. Compliance and Standards

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations.

Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.

Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

Relevant certifications in retail or operations management are an advantage.
