Engineer - Production

Should have minimum 6-8 Years hand on experience in handling of Beverage Production lines

Should have Thorough knowledge in all equipements like Blow Molder, Fillers, Cooling Tunnel, Sleever, Shrink wrapping and Palletizer etc., hands on experience in both Production and Preventive Maintenance

Should possess knowledge on the beverage process equipments like Sugar syrup preperation, Blending, Homozenizer and Pastuerizer etc.,

Should have Knowledge on the Manufacturing Excellence practices such as 5S,TPM, Kaizens, Root cause Analysis, QC Circle activities etc.,

Should have Knowledge on Analytical skills, team Management, stake holders management (Cross functional teams like Supply Chain, QA, Planning, HR , Projects etc.,)

Should have handled minimum 5-7 Beverage production line end to end operations i.e. Production Planning, Production Execution, Maintenance planning and Execution; Trouble shooting and Team Capability development etc.,
