Job Description
1) To execute lead roles for SMT machines Programming (should be capable of handling all SMT machines: Printer, SPI, Pick and Place, AOI) duringNPI lot execution.
2) Prepare and release Process and product related documents for the new projects that are introduced into line.
3) In tact and liaise with production team to resolve daily line issues related to process corrections and contribute to CFT for deriving Correctiveactions for Customer complaints to avoid recurrence.
4) Should have knowledge on PPAP and capable to compile the required documents
5) SMT Stencil check plot design
6) Perform Process and Product Audits.
7) Monitor IFC (Initial Flow Control) and IPP (Initial production Part)
