Civil Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day site operations and manage all activities related to civil engineering works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and any variations in work.
• Ensure that the quality of materials and workmanship is in compliance with the project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of ongoing work to identify potential quality issues.
• Ensure efficient use of materials, tools, and machinery on site.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in civil engineering projects (minimum [X] years).
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety regulations.
• Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering materials, construction techniques, and structural systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
