Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Infrastructure Design and Deployment:

- Architect and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions, encompassing servers, networks, and storage systems.

- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet project requirements and organizational goals.

System Integration:

- Design and implement seamless integrations between diverse IT systems, applications, and platforms.

- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with development teams to implement effective solutions.

Automation and Efficiency:

- Develop and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment processes and enhance operational efficiency.

- Continuously assess and improve existing workflows to optimize resource utilization.

Emerging Technologies:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that align with business objectives and enhance IT capabilities.

Capacity Planning and Performance Optimization:

- Optimize system performance through proactive monitoring, tuning, and addressing potential bottlenecks.

Documentation and Knowledge Transfer:

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.

- Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading complex IT implementation projects.

- Expertise in infrastructure design, system integration, and security implementation.

- Scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python).

- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, CCNP, CISSP) are highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

As a Senior IT Implementation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of driving technological advancements within our organization, contributing to the success of strategic IT initiatives and ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure.

Required Experience:

• Candidates must have hands on experience on implementing security products
• Minimum 3-4 Years of hands on experience in Domain (Active Directory) Experience in 2008 / 2012 / 2016 (DNS, DHCP, Domain Trust, Certificate Authority)
• Minimum 3-4 Years of hands on experience in Windows OS 2008 / 2012 / Windows 10 is must
• Minimum 1 Year of hands on experience on Linux is required
• Minimum 1-2 Years of hands on experience in Exchange Server 2010 / 2013 / 2016 is must
• Basic knowledge of Linux, SQL server, SharePoint, Oracle Database, ESXi / VMware, Windows File Server, EMC, NetApp etc.
• Understanding of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, OneDrive, Skype for Business & SharePoint Online)
• Hands on experience on below solution area preferred
• Data Classification
• Data leak protection
• Active Directory auditing tool
• Basic knowledge in Disaster Recovery will be an added advantage
• Configuration and installation of third-party products like antivirus, adobe etc.
