Roles & Responsibilities:

- Be part of strategic initiatives to enhance long-term customer experience and optimize cost efficiency.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to Founder's Office deliverables and commitments.

- Identify, prioritize, and escalate key issues requiring the Founder's Office's attention, along with actionable mitigation or resolution suggestions.

- Provide structure and clarity to broad, ambiguous concepts explored by the Co-founders, delivering timely recommendations for action.

- Collaborate with founders and senior management to develop a cohesive strategy guiding future M&A activities.

- Consolidate key information on strategic priorities, competitor performance, operations, innovations, and markets from internal and external sources to develop strategic options.

- Develop and manage methods to streamline and enhance existing processes and programs by adopting leading practices

- Oversee and drive high-priority projects including new products in AI/ML from conception to completion

- Support fundraising activities by preparing pitch decks, business plans, and financial models for IPO Readiness

- Manage action item tracking and ensure timely resolution.

Skills and Expertise Required:

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience

- BTech (CS/IT/EC) + MBA

- Familiarity with startup environments is a plus.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
