Job Description:

As a Guest Service Associate at Amadora Ice Cream, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service, love working in fast-paced environments, and have prior experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving ice cream, ensuring store cleanliness, and maintaining a friendly, welcoming atmosphere in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders, manage payments, and serve ice cream with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including sanitizing work areas and equipment.
• Handle customer queries and provide information on flavors, products, and store promotions.
• Ensure that the store is always well-stocked with products and supplies.
• Support your team in maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-5years of experience working in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or food retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and handle customer queries with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and store operations.

Job Details:

• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (one day off per week).
• Salary: Guaranteed salary of ₹23,000 per month.
• Accommodation: Free accommodation is provided.
