Admission Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:
1. Admissions Counseling:

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing detailed information about the preschool's philosophy, programs, curriculum, and facilities.
• Follow up on leads to achieve admission targets and maintain accurate records of inquiries and enrollments.

2. Sales and Conversion:

• Actively follow up with leads generated through walk-ins, inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve admission targets by implementing effective strategies to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain a database of prospective families and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the preschool through social media, events, and other platforms.
• Participate in outreach activities such as society events, fairs, and workshops to generate leads.

4. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and admission details.
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on admissions progress and targets.

5. Competitor Analysis:

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to better position the preschool's strengths.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
• 2-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or customer-facing roles (experience in the preschool/education sector is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
