But real state tech is good plots and farm hous3 is good in rates and east to puchase .thats is the plus point to the customer. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Company owner director is very very bad he is not giving salary to employees every time he cut there salry without any reason .may be he should now if emplees is happy and satified after that the company runs.. ..such a bad director... Am Realty Solutions,We call it AM Family, we all work here with love like a family.We find ourselves very happy with the support of the management, overall AM Realty Solutions is the best company in all real estate companies.

We can say that if something seems bad in the family then it cannot be called bad then it is not a family and that is why I am here today.

The environment of this company is very good. There is a lot to learn in this company and the director of this company Mr. Khushal Chopra is the best director I've ever seen HR & TL's is also has very good nature. This is the best real estate company in my life.
