Job Opening: Voice Process Position

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 (gross) per month
Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives
Loyalty Bonus: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Shift: Fixed US shifts
Days Off: Saturday and Sunday

Job Description:

• Act as a mediator between insurance companies/law firms and hospitals, doctors, and medical facilities.
• Follow up on medical reports of patients discharged from the mentioned medical institutes.
• Ensure timely collection of medical facility reports as per client requirements.
• Employment Gap should not exceed more than 3 months.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent communication skills
• Freshers/Graduates awaiting results are welcome to apply
• SSC/HSC score of 70% or above (mandatory)
• Work from Home (WFH) is not an option
• LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINERS

Note: This position is specifically for a voice process. Candidates with experience in back-office, B2B lead generation, RPO, business development, or domestic processes will not be considered.
