Role & Responsibilities:

• Mediation: Act as a liaison between insurance companies, law firms, and hospitals/clinics to facilitate the timely collection of medical reports.
• Follow-ups: Ensure that medical facilities provide necessary patient reports within the agreed-upon timeframes.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with healthcare providers and clients (insurance/law firms) to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication is a must.
• Education: Fresh graduates or graduates awaiting results are encouraged to apply.
• Work-from-Home (WFH): This position requires physical presence at the office, so WFH is not an option.
• Experience: Previous experience in back-office work, lead generation, RPO, or business development is not required and such candidates will not be considered for this position.
