Lateral Talent Aquisition- Executive

Role & responsibilities

1)Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

2)Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels to source potential candidates.

3)Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job criteria.

4)Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability.

5)Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate the process.

6)Extend offers to selected candidates and handle salary negotiation.

7)Ensure proper documentation and onboarding procedures are completed.

8)Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Only fresher's candidates should apply.

Shift Details

Fixed shift (1:00 pm to 10:00 pm)

Monday to friday working (Saturdays working if required)
