Role & responsibilities

Act as a mediator between insurance company's/law firms and hospitals, doctors, clinics medical facilities. Do a follow-up on medical reports of patients who have been discharged from the mentioned medical institutes. The main aim is to get the medical facility reports within the time frame mentioned by the client.

Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Communication Skills

Minimum 1 year of experience ( more than 6 month of gap cannot be considered)

Undergrad with experience can apply .

WFH is not appreciated .

Perks and benefits

Salary and Benefits:

Salary up to 40K per month.

Variable Incentive up to 7k per month.

Process Specific Tenure Incentive (PSTI) - 5K per month .

Fixed US Shift

Saturday & Sunday Off

Overtime Paid

Shift Time - 6pm to 3 am

7 pm to 4 am

8pm to 5am
