Junior Associate - IT

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic fresher or trainee to join our IT team as a Desktop Engineer. This role will provide hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start their careers in IT support and infrastructure management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/MacOS) and software applications.
• Assist in managing user accounts, passwords, and access control in Active Directory.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and network-related issues.
• Support end-users in resolving IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• Maintain and update IT documentation, inventory, and asset management records.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
• Coordinate with senior IT engineers for complex troubleshooting and support.
• Timely completion and updating of all assigned IT operational tasks.
• Working on issues/requests received from users
• Follow IT policies and best practices for compliance and data security.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows OS, Linux, and networking concepts.
• Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Certification in CompTIA A+, Microsoft (MCSA), or equivalent is a plus (not mandatory).
