Recruiter

Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle recruiting process for our organization ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from Interviewing until onboarding.
Use Job Portals, social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy to close the open requisitions on priority
Responsible to hire resources keeping recruitment metrics in mind i.e., timeline, source mix, diversity etc.,
Collaborate with hiring managers on regular intervals for Hiring reviews and also to identify future hiring needs
