Job Purpose: To oversee and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the coworking space, creating a pleasant and productive environment for all members.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervisory Duties:

• Team Management: Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff.
• Task Allocation: Assign tasks and monitor team performance.
• Training and Development: Train and develop team members on cleaning procedures and equipment usage.
• Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Operational Duties:

• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve housekeeping issues promptly.
• Budgeting: Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping budget.

Ensuring Daily Cleaning Tasks of HK Team:

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including reception, lounges, meeting rooms, pantry, Team Rooms, Café area, dish wash area, terrace, washroom areas.
• Dust and wipe surfaces, including desks, tables, and chairs.
• Vacuum and mop floors regularly.
• Empty trash cans and recycling bins.

Ensuring Deep Cleaning Tasks of HK Team:

• Conduct deep cleaning tasks, such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and furniture polishing, on a regular schedule.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, such as doorknobs, light switches, and elevator buttons.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Order and replenish supplies as needed.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor scrubbers.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping industry at Hotels/Facility Management/Coworking etc.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
