Job Description

• Overseeing Investors Life Management (“ILM”) team in Hyderabad office, ensuring that the team works efficiently on tasks assigned by other managers in various APAC offices, including Australia and Singapore;
• Acting as the key contact point for the ILM team managers in other APAC offices, including Australia and Singapore;
• Familiar with the Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) and Know-Your-Customers (“KYC”) standards in various APAC regions (preferably Australian and Singaporean standards);
• Reviewing the quality of work of team member;
• Monitoring the performance of each team member;
• Mentoring and training officers;
• Assisting with crisis management with clients in Australia and Singapore;
• Ability to work independently and suggesting/improving work process between teams in Hyderabad and other APAC offices; and
• Reporting Key Performance Indicators (“KPI”) to upper management, including APAC ILM team Senior Manager.
