**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team in Dadar, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our APIs to pharmaceutical companies, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our business and make a significant impact in the pharmaceutical industry.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for APIs in assigned territories.
- Identify and target prospective customers, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and contract research organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers through regular communication and visits.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific API requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, production, and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management on a regular basis.
- Represent Alta Laboratories at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and their applications in drug manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
