Appointment Setter / Pre Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Appointment Setter / Pre Sales Rep to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building our client base by contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients.

Engage in initial conversations with potential clients to understand their requirements.

Appointment Scheduling:

Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team.

Coordinate meeting times and locations that are convenient for both parties.

Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments.

Data Entry and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Customer Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.

Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries promptly.
