Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fresher Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and eager to learn about the IT services industry. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Utilize the lead generation tools and databases available within the organization to network and identify potential opportunities.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through various channels (calls, emails, social media).
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry events and networking sessions to promote the companys services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • MBA, BE,B. Tech, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and personal development.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure the feasibility and customization of solutions. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. 

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. 
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
