Head - Investor Relations [IC Role] - Infrastructure / EPC Client

Responsibilities:

- Experience in "listed companies" Investor Relations function or Investor Relations advisory or MIS/Strategic Planning.

- Prepare internal documents covering peers benchmarking, competitive analysis, market data analysis &reports, etc.

- Analyse weekly/monthly/quarterly shareholding data.

- Maintain data base/profile on institutional Investors & analysts, detailed model of company's financial performance.

- Draft external communication documents like quarterly investor presentations, results releases, and speakers scripts.

- Contribute to annual report and website content developments and updations.

- Coordination and support for investor/shareholder events

- Help the team on other internal/departmental deliverables on need basis.
