Head - Investor Relations - FinTech (12-15 yrs)

A fast growing and well backed fintech is looking for a Head of Investor Relations & Strategic Alliances to enhance the organization's financial image. The successful candidate will work on developing a strong investor relations strategy-

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Manage existing investors by devising comprehensive strategies to attract and retain investors, ensuring accurate and timely communication of financial results, business updates and market insights.

2. Engage with potential investors by cultivating strong relationships with financial institutes and analysts serving as a primary point of contact.

3. Lead the IPO journey, handling all aspects of preparation, communication, and execution, while aligning stakeholders

4. Identify, assess, and execute M&A opportunities to support growth, particularly in data science and technology-driven solutions.

5. Build, ideate and preparation of the investor pitches to develop investor confidence

6. Responsible presenting financial performance, growth metrics, and strategic direction to investors, stakeholders, and during public forums or press conferences. Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team

7. Conduct thorough due diligence, assessing whether acquisitions or partnerships are the right fit for the organization's growth strategy.

8. Secure continuous access to capital by developing investor relationships and maintaining a robust investment pipeline.

Ideal Candidate

- 12+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Strategic Alliances and Regulatory knowledge.

- Demonstrate consistent and clear communication between internal and external stakeholders

- Financial acumen with strong understanding of financial metrics, acquisitions, and corporate strategy

- Experience in strategic alliances, particularly around acquisitions

- Excellent communication skills
