We are Hiring for NBFC Company

Location - Kolkata

Business Outcomes:

- Handle PAN India legal cases both by & against, arbitration drafting etc. the company, thus ensuring Legal services for the group.

- Ensuring and Supporting the Senior Management team at a group level in executing timely legal filings, documentation and obtaining collection tools for recovery.

- Liaise with Business Heads on a regular basis to ensure coverage and compliances of all existing and potential legal issues which could impact efficient operations

Risk, Process & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance of processes and procedures to applicable statutory requirements framed under legislation and enactments.

- Ensuring in-house Legal audit and compliance with the process and procedures laid & sown internally or by the governing bodies.

- Performance review of lawyers handling high stake accounts
